I was using almost the same hardware for many years. I don’t know if you share my interests but some of the best games I could play with that hardware was:
GTA: San Andreas, Vice City, and Liberty City. (SA is the best.)
Call of Duty 1 & 2
Hitman 1,2,3 &4 (4 or, aka Blood Money on the low settings will run)
NFS Underground 2 & Most Wanted (both are great racing games but I’m not a huge racing fan.)
Counter-Strike 1,1.6 & Global Offensive (should run as well)
Mount and Blade series (They’re great games but that’ll depend on your taste for the totally decision-based game with a story that we create. If you ask me, it’s pretty awesome. Just a bit low on the graphics but damn enjoyable)
Pro Evolution Soccer (up to 2010 will run with no problem)
Mafia 1: The City of Lost Heaven (great story, gameplay, and graphics considering its age!)
The Godfather-The Game (Great one. Similar to the Mafia. Based on the Movie)
Spiderman: Friend or Foe (you’ll like if you are a fan)
Medal of Honour: Allied Assault (pretty much like Call of Duty but still a great FPS)
Age of Empires II & III (with the expansion packs, AOE: III is a great strategic game with a good story)
FIFA up to 2010 (should run fine.)
Mass Effect 1 (you’ll be dying to get the sequels if you play this one. The story is just irresistible. Sorry!)
Hearts of Iron 3:Dooms Day (A great strategy game based around the world war 2)
Plant vs. Zombies (it’s fun!)
Far Cry:1 (I’m not sure. But it’s one of the greatest FPS)
Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban (if you’re a Harry Potter fan, this one is the best of the games ever created. At least after playing the others, this is what I felt.)
There are many others too, but I can’t remember all of them at the moment. Play these and invest in an at least 512MB decent graphics card. There are tons of awesome games that can do with your hardware with an upgrade of Graphics. Good luck!
